With reference to your telegram 19th July Mitsui shipped tin consigned to order from Hong Kong to London Swansea without option Marseilles. Mitsui London branch state that they arranged to bring tin to London reship to Marseilles but buyers not knowing this telegraphed steamer agent discharge Marseilles

as usual.
